We are available throughout the year to respond to your inquiries about enrollment:

  • Call 743-9700 or email boxberryschool@gmail.com to ask any questions you may have and set up an appointment for a tour with the school's Administrative Coordinator.

  • If after the tour, you would like to move forward, we will schedule a half day for your child to attend our school (without parents present) so that our teachers can observe, interact, and complete some preliminary assessments. 

  • Copies of your child's complete school records, from all prior schools attended, will be needed before an enrollment decision is made.

  • After these records are received and after the school day visit, we will follow-up with you to offer enrollment, if that is mutually agreeable, or to ask any questions if there are concerns or clarification of any issue is needed.

  • If enrollment is agreed upon, an enrollment agreement will be sent to you for signing to be returned with the non-refundable enrollment fee.

  • Prior to your child's first day, a copy of his/her immunizations and completed emergency form need to be on file in the office.
